About Me
I had some bloody discharge, and went to ER and there they did all tests and right away th resection and when discharged I went to the Oncologist, and been getting chemotherapy ever since February, 2008. I am tired, but I rest when ever I can; because as I said to my husband now I come first and after me everything else. I need a lot of support since this is brand new and I haven;t had time to really digest the I hope I get a lot of support here. Thank you

Hi Guillermina,
Welcome to the site. It sounds like you are doing okay. How much longer do you expect to be on chemo? Hope that you finish your treatment soon and that you are feeling well. Take Care,
Donna Baumer

Hi there, Guillermina!
I'm so glad we're friends!
You are so right when you say it is hard to see loved ones go through this disease. Mark will be having his 12th round next week and I just said to him tonight how much I hate this for him. I know better, but seeing him fighting the neuropathy and seeing how he tries to go on is so hard.
He truly does so well in that he can eat what he wants and usually feels very well. Like you, he gets very tired, though.
I'm sorry you have to fight the fatigue, too. It's a battle every day, but worth it when you know that in the end you will vanquish this beast!!!!
Keep up the good fight lady!

Thank you for the encouraging words for my daughter. I appreciate the support- and beleiev me I will be praying for you as well. My daughter has really been doing ok- she has several days where the Fatigue is so bad & does have Chemo sife effects however she is thankful for the GOOD Days!
I keep praying for that cure & in the mean time we are praying that her pending appeal with her insurance co. will come back in her favor for the Out Of Network treatment.
Keep in touch & I am glad to hear from you anytime.
Keep Hope Alive!

I speak Spanish, used to be fairly fluent when i was working with it a lot, so I think I can imagine the sound. I've known a few women name Billy, kind of the same thing, I imagine. I second what Vicki said about exercise, if you can force yourself to do it, it may help the fatigue.
